LAKE FOREST FOOTBALL CAMP

Equipment needs: 

The Lake Forest Football Camp does NOT provide any equipment for the players in attendance. 

Quarterbacks: should bring their own football. We will have footballs, but they may not be the ones that the quarterback is used to. For your best performance, we recommend you bring your own football. 

All skill players will be in cloth, and only need to wear cleats for the camp. Lineman need to bring their shoulder pads, helmet, and a jersey over the top of their shoulder pads. If a student can not dress in pads (Michigan student athletes, or from their coach, they will still get the same drills vs non padded athletes at the camp.) 

All players are asked to wear the camp-issued T-Shirt with numbers during the testing, warm-up, and individual periods. This will allow us to identify players with the coach-issued rosters.
